July 9 - Vigil Elections  - 8:00pm to 10:00pm
Location: Woodland Trails, Richardson Lounge
On July 9, 2008 (the Summer Meeting) at Woodland Trails Scout Reservation, a Vigil selection meeting will take place. The purpose of this meeting is to select candidates for the Vigil honor. The meeting will start at 8:00 pm. Please report to Richardson Lounge. It is very critical that every Vigil member, especially the youth, attend this meeting to take part in the selection. Thank You! Nominations can be sent to eshawn@bgnet.bgsu.edu until July 8.

Location: Woodland Trails Scout Reservation
Standing Lodge meeting open to all Lodge members. This is your place to learn about and be a part of the operations of this Lodge. This will be held at the Shoup Shelter near the flag quadrangle at camp.

August 13 - Lodge Meeting  - 7:00pm to 9:00pm
Location: Schiewetz Leadership Assembly Hall
Standing Lodge meeting open to all Lodge members. This is your place to learn about and be a part of the operations of this Lodge. Entrance to the Schiewetz Leadership Assembly Hall is off Frederick Pike.

August 15 - 17 - Summer Ordeal  - 8:00pm to 10:30am
Location: Woodland Trails Scout Reservation
The Spring Ordeal and Fellowship will be held at Woodland Trails Scout Reservation. Current Lodge members are asked to arrive at 7:00 pm and check-in at the Dining Hall. Candidates are asked to arrive at 8:00 pm and meet at the registration shelter in the parking lot. Everyone, be prepared for the weather. We are looking forward to our service to the camp and meeting new and old friends.

The Fall Ordeal and Fellowship will be held at Cricket Holler Scout camp. Current Lodge members are asked to arrive at 7:00 pm and check-in at the K-Lodge. Candidates are asked to arrive at 8:00 pm and meet in the parking lot. Everyone, be prepared for the weather. We are looking forward to our service to the camp and meeting new and old friends.
